Banqueting Chef

If you are a fully trained Banqueting Chef with previous experience in Wedding and Conference catering read on..... We have an opportunity available immediately for the ideal candidate. You will have full experience of catering for large volumes of guests, as you will be dealing with events ranging from 40 - 300 guests. You must also have excellent Planning Organising and budgeting skills. You will be responsible for managing 3 kitchen staff. And definitely have excellent Presentation skills. During the summer months the venue operates as a Hotel for 13 weeks. During this time the Chef will be required to provide daily meals for guests.
