Contracts Administrator required to work within Swaps Contracts Administration, and to ensure all Swap trades entered to bespoke system are confirmed within 48 hours of being traded and contracted within a week of trade date. Additional duties include check broker confirmations against Swap trade entries to system, check sign and return incoming trades either with Deals desk team, broker of counter-party, and issue contracts for swaps trades.
