In particular, they are focussing on how barristers, who wish to work in the new business arrangements proposed under the LSA, should be regulated. Our client, a local authority in North London is looking for a Community Safety Officer (hate Crimes) for an ongoing contract. Your main focus will be assisting in implementing strategies, developing action plans and raising community awareness to reduce crime levels. It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar local authority role in community safety, ideally focused on hate crimes. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to keep calm in a variety of evocative situations. You will have knowledge of crime and disorder legislation and local authority policy and procedures.
