Our Client, a large global organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator, who has hands on knowledge of contract negotiation and administration. The post holder should have knowledge of drafting and negotiating framework agreements/contracts. A legal background would be very beneficial, with exposure to commercial contracts drafting/negotiation. This is a very client/customer facing role where the post holder will be dealing with stakeholders up to CEO level, visiting clients and dealing with stakeholders over the phone- so excellent communication skills are essential. It would be very beneficial to have a Telecoms/Mobile background but not essential. Ideally the successful candidate will hold legal qualifications such as LLB/LPC or the equivalent.
