Facilities Manager (mobile)

Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to be based at a site in West London, but ultimately to look after a mixed use portfolio of regional commercial properties. You will ensure that the on-site management of properties is undertaken in accordance with best practice and will liaise with the Regional Manager regarding issues. Regularly liaise with occupiers and be the principal point of contact for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building. Ideally from a managing agent background, although not essential, you will have sound knowledge and experience of managing a multi-site portfolio and be aware of any occupier matters that may influence valuation / investment considerations.
