Valuation Surveyor
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading property management consultancy for a 2-5 year PQE Valuation Surveyor. The successful applicant will be responsible for two commercial valuation portfolios whilst also being a point of contact for ad-hoc valuation instructions. Working within a dynamic and well organised team you will have a proven track record in the valuation of core commercial property assets. You will be an analytical, professional individual who will have spent their career with a developer, client-side or managing agent. You will be able to work under pressure to specific deadlines, be extremely client facing and be able to communicate with the senior management team and high net worth individuals and institutions.

Facilities Manager (mobile)
Our client is looking for a Facilities Manager to be based at a site in West London, but ultimately to look after a mixed use portfolio of regional commercial properties. You will ensure that the on-site management of properties is undertaken in accordance with best practice and will liaise with the Regional Manager regarding issues. Regularly liaise with occupiers and be the principal point of contact for advice and guidance in connection with the day-to-day physical operation of the building. Ideally from a managing agent background, although not essential, you will have sound knowledge and experience of managing a multi-site portfolio and be aware of any occupier matters that may influence valuation / investment considerations.
