Research Engineer: Flow Control based Newport salary TBA with the successful applicant Applicants will need the following experience and qualifications (25.37) Engineering Physics or Mathematics University Degree with either: PhD in the application and/or development of numerical methods applied to complex engineering problems or minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in Industry or Research establishment on methods development and/or application to support the assessment of flow control technology. A background of CFD in aerodynamics. THE ROLE The Aeromechanics Department within has a responsibility to assess the potential benefit of flow control technologies at air-vehicle level.
