One of the UK's largest providers of Advice and Guidance are looking for a Regional Manager to manage the South East regional network of adult guidance services and other related contracts.

This position will form part of the Senior Management Team, and will be responsible for leading a team of Managers, setting business objectives and targets, and contributing to the overall strategic and operational direction of the company.

Your specific duties will include:

- Ensuring that all contracts are managed effectively, meeting targets and operating within allocated budgets
- Monitoring and Reviewing contracts and services ensuring contractual compliance and quality
- Building and Maintaining relationships with key organisations and external partners
- Manage performance of all managers through 1:1 meetings and regular appraisals
- Developing strategy for Adult IAG across the region
- Developing and delivering a new business strategy to reach business targets

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial management background, with experience covering a wide operational and strategic remit. It is essential that you have experience of managing staff at a senior level as well as managing contracts and budgets. Strong communication and presentation skills will be required as well as an excellent level of organisation and time management. You will need to have a proven track record of partnership building at the highest level as well as managing a multi-million pound turn-over business. A background working within the Public Sector, Information, Advice and Guidance or Education and Training is desirable.

This position can be based anywhere in the South East but you must be willing to travel across the region.
