Responsibilities:
1. Will carry out or support others in assessments and care management of high complexity casework.

2. Work with allocated cases of high complexity.

3. Participate in the duty rota.

4. To deputise for the Team Manager in their absence in the day to day management of the service and in any other areas designated by the Team Manager.

5. Prioritise competing demands to ensure appropriate decisions are made.

6. Attend meetings including case conferences and reviews as required.

7. To organise and chair planning meetings and reviews as required.

8. To provide advice and guidance to colleagues as requested.

9. Attend courts and other such hearings as may be required.

10. To investigate complaints in relation to the service.

Pay rate is between 27 and 34 per hour.

GSCC Registration is essential.
