On a daily basis the role will include providing support to a variety of vulnerable clients including Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health. Duties will include providing valuable advice to sustain tenancy and ensure clients are aware of welfare and benefits they are entitled to. You will be responsible for handling a caseload of 9 clients conducting weekly key working sessions and monthly health and safety checks. Other duties involve conducting initial support plans and risk assessments and liaising with external agencies including social services.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Supported Housing with a vulnerable client base such as mental health and drug and alcohol. An enhanced CRB is also essential in order to progress further.
