Location: Glasgow

Salary Package: 44,000 to 48,000 plus bonus

The Role:

Management of Hard FM services through the operation including building maintenance, capital and lifecycle
Management of estates budget and management of expenditure in line
Management of the estates team and their development
Responsible for all legislation pertaining to estates

The Person:

Keen to work for a progressive company where they can take ownership of their development
A proven man-manager who is goals-orientated and has a proven track record of achieving results
5 years experience in a senior estates role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Experience of working within contract catering in the healthcare division
Experience of multi site facilities management
Be able to improve the speed and direction of decisions by clarifying and setting goals that must be achieved
Confident individual who have passion for what they do and is not afraid to talk out
Fantastic track record needed as an achieving
