| I am looking for an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to be based in Glasgow. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring quality and innovative development solutions are delivered to a high standard and consistently within their segment. This role will maintain good relationships with operational stakeholders to identify and respond to business changes through a consultancy led approach, including delivery of the full learning cycle including TNA, design, delivery and evaluation. Also responsible for the development and performance of other consultants. We're looking for candidates with the ability to think up and implement creative training solutions - you'll need to move away from classroom based training and you'll need proven experience of doing this in a large scale environment. Its a very exciting time for this team - and they are looking for the best and brightest on the market. For them its all about that creative spark and large scale experience.
