THE JOB:

One of the UK's largest employability providers are currently looking for a Programme Manager to join their newly established team in Newcastle. This exciting position will enable you to draw on your skills and experience to ensure that contracts are met in a timely and professional manner, and that appropriate resources are fully exploited to ensure the success of the contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To ensure that processes and systems are regularly monitored to ensure compliance against contract and organisational standards.

- Ensuring that client achievements are measured post job outcome to ensure that retention is key and that support is provided to both client and employer as appropriate to contract delivery.

- Working with key stakeholders to ensure that appropriate standards are met and that the company is compliant with regards to financial and contractual audits ie FAM/Ofsted Inspection

REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal candidate will have experience managing government funded contracts with knowledge and understanding of the Welfare to Work arena including DWP / LSC contracts. Experience in a tutor / job coach / advice and guidance position is desired with an IAG qualification and / or management / leadership qualification.

PACKAGE:

- Basic salary 25,000 - 35,000
