| HR Manager (Hospitality / Hotel Industry), to 26k Our client is a collection of 4 star luxury country house hotels throughout the United Kingdom and the Channel Islands. Acting pro-actively and developing frameworks to deliver business solutions across the range of generalist HR activity. RESPONSIBILITIES: a) Providing practical advice and guidance to colleagues, including the senior management team, on all employment related matters b) Training and Development initiatives c) Recruitment and Selection activities d) Developing solutions to address local and Group HR needs e) Administration of HR requirements f) Managing and developing internal and external relationships ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Previous HR experience. b) Sound knowledge of employment legislation. c) Must be able to communicate well, with strong influencing ability. d) Good IT skills with strong knowledge in Excel, Word, etc DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) CIPD qualification. b) Previous hospitality / leisure industry experience would be a bonus.
