Role:
They are looking to recruit a Project Executive to act as administrative support to the Engineering, Environmental and Facilities Director and his leadership team, whilst supporting the delivery of significant change using Project Management skills.

Responsibilities:
a) Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Director to support with and manage projects and tasks.
b) General administrative duties, diary management, correspondence, travel booking, dealing with phone calls, general enquiries.
c) Manage own workload and time effectively to ensure that the Director has all key information required to do the job.
d) Develop relationships with the key stakeholders and confidently influence these and other areas of the business to achieve results.
e) Be able to present clear and accurate information / data using a variety of methods to a wide ranging audience.

Knowledge/Experience:
a) Previous experience in a project support role
b) The ideal candidate will be pro-active with the ability to lead meetings and pro-actively implement change projects.
c) A Business Management degree preferable.

You may have experience of the following: Junior Project Manager, Project Management, Project Administrator, Project Co-ordinator, Project Administration, Project Support, Facilities Administrator, Facilities Administration, etc.
