This role will be sitting within a centralised division of the company and you will be responsible for over 800 employees across the Head Office remit. A large part of your role will be to focus on talent management, group development and brand management development therefore working closely with the key stakeholders including Commercial Directors. You will be involved in implementing succession planning and designing development programmes for the senior management team.

The suitable candidate would already be operating in a learning and development function with strong management development experience. You will have the ability to demonstrate influencing at a senior level and ideally have experience in Hays testing and business development programmes. You need to have a commercial retail understanding with the ability to communicate at Board level.
