An international enterprise software vendor (CRM, ERP, BI, Workforce Management etc) that deliver large systems to a variety of complex blue chip clients is looking to hire an experienced project manager to join their team. The projects range from 500K - 1ms with durations running from 6 - 12 months+ and can vary in type. The solutions are having excellent success in the telecoms, utilities and field service markets. This is a new hire as the company is growing despite the current economic climate.

As a senior member of the professional services team you will own the delivery of software based projects (upgrades, new products, implementations etc) for multiple customers. This will include: scoping and devising the project plan; managing the relationship with the customer; change management requests; working closely with systems integration partners; leading functional workshops and kick off meetings; coordinating resources; managing budget & time scales; tracking and communicating progress at all levels and delivering the solution to the customer.

You will need to have experience of managing customer software projects (SAP, CRM, ERP, Workforce Management etc) and ideally have some SAP experience and a second language e.g. French or German. The company require a candidate that is eligible to work in the EU and has excellent communication skills. You will need excellent commercial skills regarding customer management (ideally Telcos and Utilities), budget management, contract negotiation etc. Exposure to working with SIs such as Accentuate, IBM, Cap Gemini etc. on projects is also very useful.
