Leap29 are currently representing a key client who have an opening for a Principal Surveyor. The role will be based from their central London office but will involve travel to various sites across the city.

Candidates should be a chartered member of RICS or ABE and have experience of working for either a Local Authority or Approved Inspector. Previous experience should include major commercial projects.

This role comes with a salary of 40k - 50k, car or allowance, pension, health care and life assurance.
