This particular care home is a specialist service which providees a high quality of care for adults primarily with a diganosis of young on-set dementia. Patients are 18 years +, therefore providing the successful candidate with a hugely demanding setting with a dynamic outlook.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be instrumental in ensuring that service users achieve their optimum level of independence and act as a primary nurse to a group of patients.

You will be:

- RGN or RMN qualified

- committed and focussed on progressing your career.

- genuinely enthusiastic about dementia care

- proactive individual who is able to think outside the box and push boundaries
