Experience in compiling, constructing and reviewing system level FMECA & FTA:

* To support calculation of Failure Rates and Safe Failure Fractions for complex programmable electronic systems.

* Confirming diagnostic coverage of dangerous and safe failures in order to measure compliance to relevant IEC61508 Safety Integrity Levels.

An automotive / aerospace / process background, ideally with an Electronics bias.

Systems consist of Sensors, Actuators, ECU's, Mechanics and Hydraulics.
