This rewarding role will allow you to draw on your experience of supporting participants in gaining employability. This will involve a variety of techniques including skills training, workshops and jobsearch.

Specific duties will include:
* Delivering structured training programmes to increase skill levels
* Delivering Basic Skills and Skills for Life
* Conducting assessments on levels of employability and skills
* Coaching on interview and job search techniques
* Providing impartial information, advice and guidance

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work off your own initiative. You will need experience of delivering training to disadvantaged groups and within Information, Advice and Guidance. A teaching qualification is essential.
