The organisation currently has an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to join their progressive team. The post holder will take responsibility for the effective operational and management of the Domiciliary Care Agency, providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities and home care services to the elderly.

It is important that our client ensures that all their service users receive a good quality, effective service that is tailored to meet their individual care and support needs. To achieve this, you will assist the Senior Management team to ensure the effective management and financial control of all the activities and services provided within your areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of either home care service for the elderly and / or adults with learning disabilities. You must have experience working at a senior level in a care environment and the transferable skills to work using a solid partnership approach. It is important that you have relevant knowledge of legislative requirements of the Care Quality Commission and supporting people along with an NVQ4 in care (or equivalent).

As a strong leader, you will have the ability to train, supervise and motivate your team. Excellent management, analytical and communication skills are a must and you should also have the ability to prioritise workloads and resolve any issues that may arise. You must also have a full UK driving licence and your own transport.
