An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Administrator to join their busy team in Whitechapel to develop, implement and maintain an effective and professional credit control system. Within this varied role, you will carry out administrative duties to support and assist the Credit Control Supervisor. This will include providing cover for petty cash, processing cheques and credit card payments and carrying out day to day banking for the department. Ensuring that deadlines are met at all times, you will work with the Credit Control Supervisor to confirm and chase payments and debts and to process duty and VAT deferment. They will need you to open new accounts for all clients and communicate effectively with them throughout the process. Our client is looking for a professional and hard working individual with the skills and ability to provide an excellent credit control support service. With previous experience within a credit control function, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to follow procedures accurately and efficiently. With strong administration skills, you will be a competent user of Word and Excel.
