You will play a key part in supporting and coaching the senior management team to apply employee engagement strategies. A large part of your role will be to advice the Line Managers on ER issues and provide case management support when required. You will also be involved in developing policies therefore previous employment legislation knowledge is essential in this role. The suitable candidate would already be operating as a HR Manager / Business Partner from a Head Office environment.
