This global organisation specialise in the provision of management and IT training course. The Role: In this mainly office-based role you will be required to spend the majority of your time preparing and making outgoing telephone calls following up internally generated leads. You will be required to gain sufficient knowledge of our products, and credibility with the customer, to convert at least 10% of these calls into firm orders or course bookings. Main Duties: *Managing and prioritising leads generated as the basis of a daily action plan. *Generating and increasing revenues by selling the company's values and products to key contacts and individuals within your geographical territory. *Effective management of your territory to ensure consistency of performance and accuracy of forecasts. *Pro-actively meet and exceed productivity targets and adhere to Corporate policies and procedures. *Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure that internal and external customers consistently receive the highest levels of service. *Manage provision of proposals, tender documents and general information to your contacts to ensure that the company is established as the No.1 provider of IT training within your client base. *Occasionally organise and conduct well-qualified meetings with key decision makers in your territory. The Candidate: *Graduate Calibre *Minimum of two year's proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales targets, ideally in a telesales business-business environment - not necessarily IT based. *Excellent verbal and visual communication skills. *Energetic and enthusiastic with a 'can do' mentality. *Highly motivated team player capable of influencing a wide range of personalities. *Target oriented with a desire to build a career of high achievement. *Open to a challenging, ever changing, innovative role.
