He began selling antique beds and, when demand outstripped supply, he started to manufacture his own designs. Position: Sales Assistant (Part Time - 3 full days per week on a flexible basis, inc. some weekends)
Location: Bristol
Salary: 14,000 basic pro rata
Benefits: Generous commission

ROLE:
Our client currently has an opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join their team at their Bristol showroom. You will be responsible for selling high quality furniture to discerning customers. The role also involves maintaining the high standard of the showroom, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and providing the customers with accurate and detailed information of their chosen products.

Candidates selected for interview will be asked to complete an application form in advance.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
b) Flexibility.
c) Attention to detail.
d) Competent computer skills and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Previous retail and / or sales experience within a high end retail environment.
