As a collections advisor, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect out standing arrears and payments on a range of accounts. You will be required to conduct a financial review with each client, complete income and expenditure, set up payment plans and promote direct debits.

This is an exciting role for applicants who seeking to develop a career within debt recovery which has great financial rewards. Applicants need to have gained experience ideally within a previous debt collections position or have worked within a targeted call centre environment.

It is essential that applicants have excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work to targets. Previous experience of working within the FSA guidelines is advantageous, however by no means essential as full training will be provided.
