| Would you like to be responsible for ensuring that traffic in London keeps moving? Our client is seeking two technically minded administrators to assist them in there traffic control centre. The main purpose of the role will be to monitor the client's road network ensuring that any incidents are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Some Key Responsibilities include: - - Using the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) to complete the admin, work ordering and auditing functions, including and not exclusive of: a. Creating and updating Public Enquiry Management System b. Creating defects c. Creating works orders d. Instructing works orders e. Assisting with claim enquiries - Load Cat 1 + 2 after photos onto defects on AIMS. - Pass works to Incident Response Crews via Threex (PDA system) - Receive / make calls in Network Occupancy Room from TfL, Inspectors and the client's staff - Provide network incident updates to all staff - Utilise Integrated Management System (IMS) and processes - Carry out vehicle tracking - Monitor planned works for safety and congestion via CCTV - Proactively manage traffic hotspots on the network via CCTV for 3rd Party Damage - Provide daily flooding reports - Carry out a daily check on all scheme's Traffic Management via CCTV - Issue daily weather forecast and five day forecast - Co-ordinate emergency text messages with RJ staff - Liaise with London Traffic Control Centre (LTCC) for any possible works congestion - Responsible for passing S81 issues to Network Operations Team (NOT) and dealing with queries from NOT - Co-ordinating Winter Maintenance activities - To proactively monitor the network for potential events that may affect response times - Responsible for lone working safety calls - Close works order on CPA - Send Works Completion files - Responsible for security at Bow depot via CCTV. - Submission of permits and Traffic Management Act (TMA) notifications - To provide and validate the back up data that is provided with the SPI's.
