They carry the full range of new Nissan cars and commercial vehicles and the group used car stock totals over 500 vehicles. The Role: You will develop the new vehicle sales activity in line with profit and customer satisfaction objectives. You can ensure the sales team continuously deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction, and sales volumes/profitability targets are met. You will optimise sales opportunities/control costs and expenditures, plus manage dept budgets. About YouL You are customer focused, decisive, determined and possess excellent relationship-building skills and have a natural ability to lead. As a pro-active person, you have coaching, development and leadership experience, along with the tenacity to succeed. You are target-driven and have prior understanding of working within a dealership at sales manager level. |
