Our client, the country's leading manufacturer of panel based products, currently has a vacancy for a Reliability / Project Manager with an electrical background to join their production facility in Inverness.

Reliability / Project Manager Role:

As the Reliability / Project Manager your role will be to improve equipment life, efficiency and reliability and optimisation of plant considering safety at all stages.

Reliability / Project Manager Key Skills:

- A desire to communicate
- Analysing data and creating reports
- Review predictive maintenance data to aid reduction in machinery failures
- Knowledge / use of Condition Based Maintenance procedures
- On the Run inspections
- Vibration Analysis
- Oil analysis
- Focus on improving the preventative maintenance program
- Lead improvement efforts on quality and reliability issues.
- Project management experience
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement solutions
- Ability to maintain momentum

Reliability / Project Manager Qualifications and Experience:

- Evidence of performance in the practical application of Reliability and Availability analysis
- Minimum HNC or 3 years experience in discipline
- Knowledge of CMMS Plant Maintenance Information System
- MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

Advantageous skills:

- IOSH
- Electrical experience
- PLC
- Controls experience
