| Customer Service Advisor (Call Centre) 8 p/h Our client is looking for some fantastic people who are passionate about providing quality customer service to join them for the busy Christmas period. You will be primarily taking customer calls and answering customer emails so you will need an exceptional standard of written and spoken English. Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Uxbridge, North West London Salary: 8 per hour Hours: You will be required to work between the hours of 09:00 & 19:00 Monday to Friday and once every 3rd Saturday. Total Weekly hours 37. Contract Start Dates: Start dates will be on Monday 2nd November, Monday 9th November or Monday 16th November. The contracts will end on Friday 22nd January. There is a chance that they may wish to extend some contract dates, but only for those who have made a real difference to their business. CLIENT: Our client has been making quality shirts for the last 110 years. ROLE: Our clients contact centre is formed around 5 core values which insist their staff are positive, hard working and appreciate the impact their behaviour has on their customers and their colleagues. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. b) Proven experience working in a customer focused role. c) Excellent telephone manner. DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Previous experience of working in a busy call centre would be highly desirable.
