The right candidate must be well presented, professional and have a pleasant and polite manner, with a can-do attitude and exceptional customer service skills. You need to enjoy dealing with applicants and landlords alike, both over the phone and face to face and have experience of turning leads into business. You must have property experience ideally in letting.

You need to drive and preferably own or have use of own car.
