The home, located nr central Cambridge is a large purpose built care home for people with dementia. Our client is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic manager with a passion for delivering high quality care. Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the home and managing the staff team you will be supported in post by the locally based regional and business development team.

Candidates must have a proven and stable track record of managing nursing or residential care homes for the elderly and must have a good understanding of the care needs of people living with dementia.

The salary offered is in the region of 40000. This position is subject to an enhanced disclosure.
