Skills: Proven track record in delivering Finance Transformation projects in either a consulting or internal business role
Capable of developing creative solutions and value propositions
Either experience in: Shared Services and/or Business Process Outsourcing
Either expertise in: Controlling/Performance Management (Planning and/or Forecasting, Management Reporting and/or Business Analysis) Experience in deploying benchmarking approaches and interpreting data would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills that demonstrate the ability to gain confidence and respect of both senior executives and team members
