Business Development Director - Insurance SaaS Solutions Job in London, UK

Our client is a global leading and premium provider of SaaS solutions to the insurance sector. With their first class product range that was specifically designed for the insurance industry, they are well placed for continued growth through the addition of further global accounts to their already impressive customer base. They now have an immediate and exciting opening in the UK for an experienced insurance based SaaS Business Development Director.

As a London based Business Development Director you will be responsible for generating new and existing sales revenue from within the international insurance community. This involved role will require you to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities with average order values in excess of GBP1million and sales cycles of 6-12+ months. Whilst based from a London office it is anticipated that you will spend a high percentage of your time in a client facing capacity and some international travel may be required. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree standard and possess a minimum of 5+ years sales experience gained selling complex solutions into national and international insurance based accounts. You will be consultative and professional in your approach, with high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills. You will be committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in a leading international organisation.

The successful candidate can expect a generous 70-90k base salary with an uncapped 200k+ OTE plus additional and overly generous benefits.
