As a Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant you can expect to receive the very best in training and support that will cover the full recruitment and sales life cycle. The role will cover the full spectrum of recruitment from candidate generations through to client management. Based from our clients prestigious London office you will cover either perm or contract vacancies in one of many available technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level with previous B2B sales experience and an appreciation of working in a target driven environment. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and possess high degrees of motivation, drive and the commitment to developing a career within a respected recruiter. This role would appeal to high achievers who have experienced success, either academically, in a sporting environment or through employment. Experienced consultants may also apply for this opportunity.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 20k, rising to 25k with an uncapped OTE of 30-35k in the first year plus an additional and generous incentive and benefits package. Second year earnings are anticipated to be in the 70-90k region
