Medical Sales Executive (Territory Sales) - Intensive Care Solutions Job in Birmingham (West Midlands, West Midlands, UK)

Our client is a leading provider of supplies and services to the Healthcare sector. This firmly established company provides a broad range of products (IV pharmaceuticals, medical, surgical and laboratory) and value added services (pharmaceutical compounding, community equipment services - asset tracking, decontamination and recycling, home adaptation) to an ever increasing account base. Due to further UK growth within a couple of their major clients, they are now looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to cover the East and West Midlands.

As a Medical Sales Professional you will manage a specific territory and be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic business plan that will focus on Intensive Care product initiatives and diversification, designed to achieve results in line with corporate goals relating to profitability and market share. This role will have a strong new business element where you will be required to identify and close new revenue streams through selling the clinical benefits of our client's product range via sales presentations and product evaluations to Nursing Consultants and Purchasing Managers throughout the territory. Applications are invited from those candidates who are educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 2 years sales experience in Emergency, Critical Care or Oncology/Haematology products, particularly in the areas of Hospital Intravenous / Critical and Intensive Care Sales. You will consider yourself to be a dynamic professional with excellent communication and presentation skills who is seeking to develop a structured sales career with a market leader.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 35-44k dependent upon previous experience with an uncapped OTE of 52-65k plus an additional and generous benefits package.
