They need someone at the helm who can help look after the other designers on the time while still getting involved hands on in projects. The candidate they are looking for will have experience within the automotive industry and in particular deal with plastics/injection mouldings. Also the candidate needs to be skilled at CAD using either Catia V5 or Unigraphics.
