Development manager My client a leading computer entertainment company based in central London are urgently seeking a new development manager to lead a prospering team working on a number of greenfields projects. Potential candidates should have around 3 years experience in a development manager type position, and ideally will have hands on development experience. Though not a prerequisite candidates who come from a development background who have progressed to management level roles are preferred. The successful candidate will be managing 3 separate teams, one of which will be project managed directly by the Development manager. As a result solid Project management experience is a must have! You will ultimately be responsible for staff hiring and team development, so that experience is ideal. This team is responsible for the content management and website development for a household name in computer entertainment.
Key Skills:

- 3 years managing software development teams
- Experience of the full software development lifecycle
- Proven project management experience, ideally PRINCE 2
- Managing development teams of at least 5 people
- Stakeholder management

Location: Central London
Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 + benefits package
