Due to continued growth they now have exciting openings in Central London for a Team Leader / Senior IT Recruitment Consultant to manage an existing team.

As a Team Leader you can expect to manage a diverse team of IT Contract Recruitment Consultants that are vertical market driven. You will lead by example and recruit for some of Europe's leading companies. You will manage, guide and motivate the team to win, nurture and close business opportunities of varying value within the contract sector. Applications are being invited from Recruitment Consultants with 2+ year's IT Contract experience. It would be advantageous to have previously worked within a leadership or management role but not a necessity as this is the ideal role for an experienced consultant looking for that next step. In conjunction with your leadership and sales ability it is important that you possess first class communication and presentation skills, a polished approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.

The successful candidate can expect an initial and negotiable base salary circa 30-40k with an uncapped OTE of 60-80k in the first year plus an additional and generous benefits package.
