Permanent Recruitment Consultant / Manager - Oil and Gas Job in London, UK

Our client is a firmly established global provider of recruitment solutions to the Oil and Gas, Automotive, Energy and Mining sectors. Due to global growth, they are committed to opening international offices in Texas and Dubai and as such have immediate openings for experienced (4-5 years) Permanent Recruitment Consultants/Managers who are free to relocate and open an international office.

As an experienced Perm Recruitment Consultant/Manager you will relocate to either Texas or Dubai to establish an international office, which will primarily focus on the Oil and Gas sector. You will perform the role of hands-on biller, operations, internal recruiter and more as you establish, build and manage a team that is expected to rapidly grow. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 4-5 years perm recruitment experience gained at a senior consultant or billing manager level. Technical rec experience, whilst advantageous is not a prerequisite as applications from the IT; Finance and Commercial sectors are invited. You will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This role requires intelligent individuals with a polished approach, high expectations and a strong desire to succeed. You will be free to relocate and possess the business and commercial acumen required to start an international operation.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 50-60k with a high uncapped OTE plus relocation and a generous benefits package.
