| Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy firm with a very hands-on approach and a big focus on results. This is a full generalist role, with a large focus on ER: Working on a varied ER caseload, supporting on restructure and TUPE exercises Focus on performance management for client groups - up to stakeholder level, identifying and developing training needs Work with Senior Manager on more complex ER cases (tribunal level) Support on recruitment for client groups (c. 400 people) Support on annual salary review and budgeting First poc for client groups for all HR issues Development and support of a HR Administrated and a HR Recruitment Assistant Requirements: Significant experience in a similar role, with a good ER focus Experience of working in a partnership environment ideally Educated to degree level, ideally with CIPD Experience of taking full responsibility for own client groups is ESSENTIAL A high achiever with a good sense of humour and great team skills will be the best fit for this team |
