| My client is a strong Financial Services firm based in London City. They are seeking a Cmopensation and Benefits Manager for an important role in their Reward team. This role will ensure professional delivery of Comp and Bens processes, projects and tools and will cover reward management, the annual compensation review process, salary benchmarking and benefits management. You will support the development and implementation of the cash reward strategy, act as a recognised subject matter expert and be responsible for International Assignments and policies relating to internal transfers. This role will work closely with the Head of Compensation abd Benefits, and the Group HR Strategy director. This role requires strong experience in Cash Compensation, and good UK benefits experience too. Exposure of managing international secondments will be a bonus. You will need to be a proactive and energetic indivudal with a passion for driving change and strategy.
