| My City based Spread betting firm client are hiring for a hybrid Business Analyst/ Project Management role. Immediate and exclusive opportunity for a Business Manager (Project Manager / Business Analyst) to co-ordinate IT projects at my financial client - a worldwide leader in financial derivatives trading. This role is a cross between a Project manager and a Business Analyst - the ideal candidate will have experience of both roles. With the volume of projects increasing, there is in turn is a need for Business Analysts with project delivery skills who can add value on initially stages of business analysis on processes, management the project progress and ensure delivery is on time to deadlines. This role would suit someone who has some exposure both as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, or a Business Analyst who is looking to further develop their project management and planning skills This is a unique role on the market as your role provides an important link between the business and IT departments. Through your regular communications with the business and senior managers, you will be responsible for specifying and driving key strategic projects, as well as providing day to day business support to the global operations. Formal qualifications aren't as important as the right attitude and an analytical approach. Requirements: *You MUST have experience in Project Management. * Agile - ideally you will have worked in an Agile environment before, been trained up and thoroughly understand Agile and followed the full development life cycle. * Experience of working in Finance and/or Marketing.
