| My banking client that has a long standing international presence in corporate and retail banking is looking to hire several Compliance professionals that have worked extensively in quality assurance to ensure the bank's customers receive fair outcomes in all their interactions. As a Compliance manager, your responsibilities will include: - Develop and execute compliance reviews on the effectiveness of compliance controls in the business and the fairness of customer outcomes.
- Carry out regulatory and conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and challenges of business monitoring plans
- Provide appropriate MI and support the business in developing appropriate action plans to address the causes of unfair customer outcomes Key skills required: - Strong knowledge and experience performing compliance monitoring reviews within financial services
- Detailed knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and guidance. This includes BCOBS, ICOBS and TCF.
