| My client is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. Based in London, this person will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of all IT related network and infrastructure activities, including, where appropriate, research and development. Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager responsibility includes
- Maintaining existing core systems and their associated technologies
- Managing timely problem resolution
- Troubleshooting helpdesk calls that cannot be fixed at 1st/2nd line
- Updating users on the status of problems
- Server related problem analysis
- Mentoring junior members of staff
- Providing help and advice in a professional manner to all IT related requests for help Key Skills: Essentials:
