| My client a leading insurance company based in Windsor are looking for a Development Team Lead to look after a small team of very skilled technical Developers. You should have 4-7yrs experience in a business focused development environment working on web based applications using C#.Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server. Ideally you will have experience in a senior or a team lead position in your most recent role. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to remain hands on whilst gaining experience in a team lead position. Responsibilities: -To lead a team of 5 Developers overseeing all projects.
-Liaise with internal customers throughout the project up to and supporting implementation.
-Work to tight deadlines ensuring the completion of all projects within the required timescales. Skills required: -.Net framework / C#.net / ASP.net
-Web-services (based on WCF)
-MVC Entity Framework
-SQL Server 2005 and all subsequent releases
-Microsoft Visual Studio / Team Foundation Server
-Ability to assess competing priorities and organise personal workload appropriately
-Ability to conduct training and communicate ideas appropriately to the audience
-Ability to meet tight deadlines
-Ability to work independently or with others as part of a team
-Good interpersonal skills
