Sales Manager - International Property Investment Sales Job in London, UK

Due to continued growth they now have an opening for a Sales Manager to lead a successful team based in London.

As an experienced Sales Manager you will lead a growing team that currently consists of 5 sales professionals. This is a player-manager role that will cover operations, take full responsibility for revenue growth, team P&L, staff management and team growth. This role will also carry a personal target and requires a strong bias towards closing sales in a KPI driven environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years sales management experience, ideally gained in the financial, property or a similar KPI driven industry. You will be a natural leader, have a broad business understanding, be financial astute and committed to delivering success. Your communication, presentation, analytical and strategy development skills will be first class as will your ability to deliver results both personally and in a competitive team environment.

The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of 25-30k with an uncapped OTE of 100k plus additional benefits.
