Due to continued growth they now have exciting openings for a Business Development Manager to target London based Public Sector accounts As a Business Development Manger you will profitably grow revenue from a range of designated accounts within the local authority and public sector as a whole. You will prospect, secure and implement a full mix of products, services and solutions. More specifically, you will strategically segment accounts and prioritise your time and efforts, conduct discovery meetings to identify the key customer goals and strategies and qualification of opportunities for core product sales, negotiate commercially sound contracts for both existing and new customers and use effective, structured sales plans and collateral to demonstrate to the customer how our client can solve problems and/or add value to their business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years client facing solutions sales experience with a proven record of achievement in closing lengthy and complex sales successfully in a challenging and commercially driven sales environment. You will be professional in your approach, have a strong personality with the charisma and communication skills to liaise at the highest level within the public sector and above all possess the drive and determination to truly develop a rewarding career with an industry leading information provider.
