| Head of Sales - up to GBP60k This luxury label has long been recognised for leading the way in the international fashion market. Due to further expansion, a rare Head of Sales position has arisen. The successful Senior Sales Manager will have strong international wholesale sales and business development experience and an excellent understanding of contemporary luxury fashion market. You will be joining the team in their showroom in Central London. The Company: This leading luxury house with an extensive heritage, has long been established as a fashion leader. The brand is currently established internationally but due to further expansion and an exciting period of growth, is expanding the sales team and as a result, this fantastic opportunity has arisen. Head of Sales – The Role My client is looking for a Head of Sales to work with their international accounts and develop new ones. Within the role you will: • Personally manage the brands international key accounts • Identify new growth strategies for the brand within the international account base • Devise and execute individual business plans to maximise the brands growth and development • Manage the implementation of the company’s sales and distribution within the international market place • Set and achieve seasonal sales targets • Oversee detailed analysis of sales data to improve forecasting and planning procedures • Lead, manage, motivate and train a team of sales executives and field based agents, with a focus on brand development • Travel extensively in order to oversee and develop international accounts Head of Sales – The Candidate You will have:- • Have extensive knowledge of multiple geographical markets, with direct contacts in multi-brand stores and with key buyers • Have strong multi product experience across RTW, accessories and shoes • Strong, successful sales record in a ladies wear contemporary brand and an in-depth knowledge of the international, as well as the UK/Eire fashion market • Proven track record in international sales management and business development, gained within a leading fashion brand and have already established strong relationships with industry heads that can be utilised within the role • Possess the industry stature and credibility to act as the brands ambassador, as well as quickly establishing and developing relationships with new clients • Previous experience dealing with all aspects of business management from budgeting, planning and analysis as well as day to day sales management tools • Previous experience leading a team of Sales Managers/Executives • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, energetic and results driven • Second and/ or third language If you think you fit the criteria above and would like to be considered for this fantastic opportunity working with an exciting and growing brand, please apply with your CV immediately to Lynn Culliton.
